The Role :
We're seeking a Director of Solar Finance Program Management to oversee our project financing lifecycle and lead our growing portfolio management team. You'll be the connective tissue between our internal departments and external financing partners, orchestrating complex financing applications while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the project financing process from initial data collection through closing, while building strong relationships across our construction, compliance, permitting, and finance teams to ensure smooth information flow.
You will be the superhero of the organization by accelerating & standardizing our financing process, bringing order to chaos, and cloning yourself by building a team of similarly skilled people at scale. You'll also regularly present to C-suite executives, investors, and financing partners, serving as a key representative of our financing operations.
