As a Sales/Business Development Representative, you’ll play a vital role in building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of our dealership. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively phone potential customers to introduce King Ford’s offers and create new sales opportunities.
- Cultivate positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Meet and exceed monthly goals for customer engagement and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share valuable insights and refine our approach to customer outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to ensure a seamless customer experience.
