General Description:
Responsible for teaching Introduction to Health and Medical Sciences Class, Medical Terminology, and Medical Assistant courses. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal Nurse Aide and Career and Technical Education (CTE) guidelines.
Requirements:
Candidate must be eligible for a VA teaching license in Practical Nursing, Health and Medical Sciences, Medical Assistant or Nurse Aide.
- At least two years of experience in their field
- Must have a minimum of a health occupations certificate or associate degree in their field
- Must hold a current license to practice (if applicable)
- Must be able and willing to travel to clinical location(s)

Educational Supplements:
Master's: 7% of base salary
BA 15: $750
Teacher National Board Certification: $2,000
Doctorate: $2000
