Job Title:Archibus/Project Manager Integration Specialist (KG)
Department:Operations
Job Summary:
Provides technical support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of Archibus CMMS system. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop administration and application support used by operations, with knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, CMMC 2.0, and networks. This position will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to end-users: This includes troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Maintaining the IT systems: This includes ensuring that all hardware and software components are up-to-date and secure
- Installing and configuring software: This includes installing and configuring operating systems, productivity software, and other applications used by the organization.
- Managing user accounts and permissions: This includes creating and managing user accounts, assigning appropriate permissions, and ensuring that access is granted based on the principle of least privilege for application and in on Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Provide system administration support, including configuring servers, managing backups, and monitoring system performance
- Monitoring system performance: This includes monitoring and maintaining the company's IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases performance and addressing any issues
- Maintain and support desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install and configure network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Ensure the security of the company's IT infrastructure, including managing antivirus software and performing vulnerability scans
- Ensure compliance with CMMC 2.0 regulations and other industry standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and network diagrams as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills according to skill requirements
- Possess strong computer skills, able to read, write, and comprehend written instructional documents
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of introductory algebra and geometry
- Proficient Microsoft Office productivity suite
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and CMMC 2.0.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support and system administration
- Experience with desktop and application support used by operations
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), CompTIA A , Network , Security , or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged period of standing, bending, reaching, and working with hands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional periods of prolonged exposure to loud noises
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands as necessary
- Ability to hear and see to position and safety requirement levels
- Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, and chemicals
Special Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government background investigation
