Job Title: Production Control/DMLSS Clerk
Department: Facility Operations and Maintenance
Job Summary:
Compiles and records daily production data for the site. Compares and reconciles records and reports. Assist Project Manager with data collecting and reporting.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
-
Compiles and records daily production results utilizing documents including, but not limited to, service work orders, operations customer orders, and uploading requests for service in the computerized maintenance management system

Dispatch maintenance staff to respond to requests for service
-
Closeout and upload work orders and other maintenance documents into NCMMS
-
Receive vendor products, verify delivery, and coordinate distribution to staff

Plan/ Manage multi-tasks/projects forwarded through Management
-
Follows prescribed recording procedures, using computer tracking systems and other devices
-
Prepares government CDRLs as prescribed in the statement of work
-
Maintains automated maintenance history files on equipment and source document files to support all reporting details

Coordinates with co-workers to assure accurate and proper tracking of daily data. Reconciles deviations.

Assist in new hire processing
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Data entry skills and accuracy utilizing Windows-based maintenance control systems required

Must be able to communicate effectively

Possess strong computer skills
-
Must be able to read, write, and comprehend written instructional documents
Education and Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
One-year experience in Maintenance Production Control work required
Physical Requirements:
-
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
-
Prolonged period of standing, bending, reaching, and working with hands
-
Occasional periods of prolonged exposure to loud noises
-
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times
-
Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands as necessary

Ability to hear and see to position and safety requirement levels
-
Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, and chemicals
Special Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Must be able to successfully pass as required a federal, state, or local government's background investigation
-
Organizes worksheets to ensure accuracy of item locations and specs
-
Labels items appropriately to ensure compliance with the DMLSS (Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support)tracking system
-
Creates binders with data received once a process is completed
-
Travel required to clinics across the United States
