The technician may also be responsible for minor repairs and occasional after-hours work as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a truck to transport, service, and clean portable latrines.
- Load and unload portable latrines, with or without assistance.
- Perform minor repairs on portable latrines as needed.
- Read maps and coordinate delivery locations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and service logs.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, lift, twist, climb, reach, stand, and walk during an 8-hour shift.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly and moving heavier objects as needed.
- Perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, and grasping.
- Travel in a company vehicle to job sites or other required locations.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English effectively.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read maps and efficiently plan delivery routes.
- Must obtain a Class B CDL within six months of hire.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a CAC (Common Access Card) for access to Fort Huachuca.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned
