Key Responsibilities :
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, developing trusted
partnerships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Conduct regular client strategy meetings, performance reviews, and reporting
sessions to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Act as a strategic consultant, guiding clients on marketing, branding, business
growth, and operational improvements.
Project Management & Execution
Coordinate and oversee multi-channel marketing projects, including digital
campaigns, branding initiatives, and business consulting engagements.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, strategists, and
consultants) to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
Develop project timelines, scope of work, and milestone tracking to ensure
quality execution within deadlines and budget.
Strategic Growth & Business Development
Identify opportunities for expansion within existing client relationships by
proposing additional services, consulting solutions, or campaign
enhancements.
Maintain a deep understanding of client industries, market trends, and
competitive landscapes, proactively suggesting innovative solutions.
Work alongside leadership to refine client engagement strategies, ensuring
retention and long-term partnerships.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze marketing and business performance data, translating insights into
actionable recommendations for clients.
Prepare and present performance reports, ROI analyses, and optimization
strategies that align with client objectives.
Ensure that all projects meet key KPIs and performance benchmarks while driving
measurable results.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in account management, marketing strategy, or client
services within an agency, consulting firm, or corporate marketing environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze
data and develop recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead
client discussions and present ideas persuasively. Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, branding projects,
and digital initiatives.
Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and marketing
analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Google Analytics).
Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle
multiple accounts and priorities.
A collaborative and adaptable mindset, able to work effectively with cross-
functional teams and high-level stakeholders.
