Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for managing documents, spreadsheets, and financial records.
- Offer excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and communicating effectively with clients and team members.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain an organized office environment by ensuring all supplies are stocked and workspaces are tidy.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and communication.
- Experience in proofreading documents for accuracy is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Cold calling experience or customer service representative experienc.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.31 - $17.69 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
