Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify property values and trends to better serve clients.
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property management activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
