Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Monitor to oversee and ensure the quality of work on this debris removal project. The ideal candidate will have a strong skills in documentation, attention to detail, and communication. Must be able to follow instructions due to the nature of the rapid changes that can occur. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in our services and ensuring proper documentation of work. This position is temporary due to the nature of this work.
Responsibilities
- Monitor debris removal crews during project execution to ensure adherence to safety standards and given procedures.
- Documentation of debris removal from the worksite to the dump site.
- Constant communication with crew and supervisors to ensure smooth flow of work.
- Monitoring crews anytime the equipment is working.
- Have all tools in working order to complete necessary tasks throughout the work day.
- Communicate necessary information on documentation with good penmanship.
Requirements
- Must have vehicle to get to work site.
- Must have smart phone to document throughout the work day.
- Keeping eyes on work site at anytime work is commencing.
- Unmistakably legible hand writing.
- Completion of FEMA training when hired
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
