King Law Offices, PC, is seeking a Lead Conversion Sales Manager to take our lead conversion team to the next level! As the first point of contact for potential clients, our team plays a critical role in turning inquiries into loyal clients. We need a driven leader to proactively manage the team, optimize sales strategies, and ensure top-tier client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, train, and coach a team of Lead Conversion Specialists, ensuring peak performance and professional development.
- Set individual and team goals, track performance, and provide coaching to achieve sales targets.
- Proactively manage team schedules and coverage to maintain efficiency and responsiveness.
- Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
Lead Engagement & Conversion:
- Personally engage with prospective clients to demonstrate the unique value of our firm’s services.
- Guide leads through the prospective client process, connecting them with the legal team member best suited to address their needs. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating the value of retaining professional legal services and highlighting the benefits for the potential client.
- Shift from initial contact to targeted conversion strategies, leveraging persuasive sales techniques.
- Work leads directly, answer calls, and remain actively involved in the lead conversion process.
Appointment & Follow-Up Management:
- Oversee and optimize the scheduling of consultations to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and guide them through the decision-making journey.
- Manage a robust lead pipeline, ensuring tailored communication efforts via phone, email and text.
Sales Strategy & Data Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure lead conversion rates and identify trends.
- Generate reports to review team performance, adjust strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify data for review and correction, ensuring accurate reporting and goal tracking.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
- 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a law firm or service-based industry preferred.
- Strong background in customer relationship management and consultative sales.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Clio) and data-driven sales tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to changing market conditions, and quick to learn new techniques.
