We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
- Catalog Sales Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of catalog products and services to effectively promote and sell to clients. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings and drive sales growth.
- Fundraising Experience: Collaborate with clients to create and execute fundraising strategies that meet their needs. Provide guidance and assistance throughout the fundraising process.
- Specialty Products Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in specialty products, ensuring clients are informed about product features and benefits to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations tailored to client needs. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, generating reports, and assisting in forecasting future sales and account growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver seamless service and drive business objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously stay updated on new product offerings and industry trends to ensure informed and effective client interactions.
Skills
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in catalog sales, fundraising, and working with specialty products.
- Strong customer service experience with a focus on providing exceptional client support and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but not required.
