We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispensary Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will lead the floor staff and uphold a positive work environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise dispensary staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate product tracking
- Maintain compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations
- Assist in training and mentoring staff
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment
- Work closely with upper management to meet sales goals and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or management experience (cannabis experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
