Duties
- Supervise and manage all dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct interviews and negotiate terms with potential employees to build a strong team.
- Oversee daily operations, including cash register management, inventory control, and retail sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding product handling and sales.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Implement effective retail math practices to optimize sales performance and profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in cannabis retail management is required. (2 Years)
- Demonstrated expertise in supervising teams and managing store operations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices within a retail setting.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and financial transactions in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data using retail math to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively.
