Responsibilities:

• The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client’s specifications
• Cleaning according to company standards and COVID safety
• Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly
• Take pride in your work
• Take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we’re all goofballs here)

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to details
• Good physical stamina & strength
• Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Highly proficient in Reliability
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• MUST be able to work evenings/nights
• MUST be able to travel to clients' businesses in Ventura County (Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Santa Paula, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Fillmore.) ***We assign cleaners to contracts near to them, so you will never need to drive farther than about 20 minutes to work.
