Job Title: Shipping & Inventory Manager
Position Overview: Sales & Inventory Manager for King Orchards, a multi-faceted family farm business that grows fruit and vegetables. We are a vertically integrated operation that engages in agri-tourism and retail activities, along with a line of processed fruit products that are marketed around the world. The shipping department is responsible for packing and shipping wholesale and retail products and ensuring their safe arrival the customer. A wide array of input materials must be monitored and sourced to maintain seamless service to our customers. King Orchards is looking for engaged, enthusiastic and responsible people to add to our team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Oversee the whole shipping process
- Use software to organize shipping activities
- Pack and ship both ecommerce and wholesale orders
- Arrange freight shipments
- Manage inventories of the catalog of items offered and coordinate purchasing or production of replenishments
- Delegate tasks to team as needed, managing 1-2 assistants as needed
- Communicate daily the outflows and inflows of inventory

Qualifications and Key Competencies:
- Organized and detail oriented. Following procedures without making errors
- Productivity focused
- Comfortable with typing, computers, learning new software
- Proficient in verbal and written English language
- Great interpersonal and communication skills via in-person, phone and email
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Great time management skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Experience with shipping or logistics operations is a bonus, but not necessary

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
