- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve small problems with machines and inform the supervisor of any larger issues.
- Record Work: Accurately document production, downtime, and any issues encountered. Complete production logs and inspection forms as required.
- Stay Safe: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean working environment, and report any unsafe conditions or broken equipment.
- Clean Machines: Regularly clean and maintain machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Help the Team: Train new employees, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate effectively.
- Handle Materials: Package, label, and store raw materials and finished products correctly.
- Follow Policies: Comply with company rules and procedures, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
