Night Shift : 6 : 45PM - 7 : 00AM
Week 1 : M / T / F / Sa, Week 2 : Su / W / TH).
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and electrical systems / devices, including conveyors, pumps, motors, heaters, and other mechanical / electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, carrying out necessary repairs to restore optimal working conditions.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, performing repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues causing equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and setup of new equipment and machinery, ensuring proper operation and integration into existing systems.
- Support the commissioning of new systems and equipment, including testing and adjustments to meet performance specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Utilize predictive maintenance techniques, such as vibration analysis and thermal imaging, to monitor equipment condition and predict potential problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent on each task.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports, including equipment performance, maintenance issues, and recommendations for improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure that equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Identify opportunities for improving maintenance procedures, reducing downtime, and enhancing equipment reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement best practices.
- Work closely with production staff to understand equipment issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and share knowledge.
- Report to work at the scheduled time, work as scheduled, and is seldom absent from work.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
