- Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance on complex industrial equipment and systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Employ diagnostic methodologies to troubleshoot and resolve intricate electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic failures in machinery and equipment, utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques.
- Execute precision repairs and maintenance on critical machinery, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and automated systems, adhering to industry best practices.
- Install, repair, and optimize HVAC systems to ensure energy efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform advanced plumbing repairs and installations, including the design and modification of piping systems and fixtures to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational downtime, employing strong project management skills.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Uphold stringent safety protocols and maintain a systematic approach to work area organization, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians and apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in training programs to keep skills up-to-date with new technologies and practices.
