On-site Project Manager
Location: Field Role – Predominantly on Client Sites throughout all of Long Island, with meetings at our HQ in Bohemia as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Saturdays as Needed
Reports To: Production Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO
On-Site Project Managers will be a key component in providing our customers with the best experience in the home improvement industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing our installation crews and working closely with our clients to ensure thorough communication and quality assurance. Project instructions and guidance must be accurately communicated and overseen by the Project Manager in order to uphold client expectations and guarantee a seamless installation, and customer needs and questions must also be addressed swiftly and professionally.
Here are some examples of the actual work your day may include:
- Supervise installation crews on site from start to finish, daily
- Creating project-specific documents for installation crews to use in the field
- Communicate adjustments and needs to the office Production team as the project progresses
- Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service
- Document crew progress of installations through photos and videos
To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:
- Comfortable using ladders and other equipment to safely to access roof and attics
- Ability to think independently and outside the box
- Ability to triage and troubleshoot challenges, escalating if needed
- Able to adapt to and embrace change
- Able to work with others and willing to contribute to the team
- Excellent customer service skills that turn customers into raving fans
- Ability to organize and follow projects and tasks from beginning through completion
- Experience in residential roofing preferred but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
