Call Center Representative
King Quality is looking for motivated individuals who have experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, and a customer service role to join our Contact Center. This position is responsible for scheduling sales appointments through different contacts including leads from various sources. The individuals will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients while driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Engagement: Initiate calls to confirm appointments and provide essential details, including date, time, service type, and assigned representative.
· Information Verification: Accurately verify customer information, ensuring all details are correct and up to date.
· Address Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding appointments and services, providing clear and informative answers.
· Documentation: Record all confirmation details in the company’s CRM including customer feedback and any special requests.
· Follow-Up: Send reminders to customers prior to their appointments to ensure they are prepared and available.
· Collaboration: Work closely with sales and lead generation teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to appointment confirmation.
Qualifications
· Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service role is required.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
