Contact Center Representative
King Quality is looking for motivated individuals who have experience in customer experience, lead generation, and appointment setting to join our Contact Center. This position is responsible for scheduling sales appointments and providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
Location: 125 Wilbur Pl Pl #120, Bohemia, NY 11716
Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:
- Assist with all inbound and outbound call volume; with the goal of setting appointments for in-home consultations
- Handle all customer inquiries and concerns
- Be able to explain to customers the basic features and services of the products we offer
- Clerical duties including scanning, filing, and mailing
To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:
- Prior experience in Customer Service
- Scheduling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and a willingness to problem solve

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
