We are actively looking for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant (Roof Inspectors) to join our team! This is a high-earning potential role with an uncapped commission structure, where current consultants earn 140-240k.
As an Outside Sales Consultant (Roof Inspector), you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing roofing and exterior improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions.
Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and inspecting attic spaces.
A company vehicle is provided.
Initial Training:
- Comprehensive paid training program
- 2 week classroom training with additional field training
- April 28th start date– next paid training class session.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily.
- Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process.
- Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
- Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and close sales.
- Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
- Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- In-home sales or home improvement sales experience preferred (roofing experience not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (background check required).
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools preferred.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Based on Partner [Flexible weekly schedule with required evening and weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability].
- Regularly engaged in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations.
- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
