What are the responsibilities and job description for the Saddle Shop Retail Store Manager position at King Ranch?
What to Expect in the Role:
- Promote and continuously exhibit positive culture among both immediate internal store team and all cross functional partners.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer experience to all guests.
- Be a King Ranch Brand mentor for all store team members by continuously coaching product knowledge, different active selling techniques, and overall KR brand heritage.
- Execute promotion and marketing activities aligning with overall KR brand direction and standards.
- Maintain and uphold merchandising and store presentation standards, ensuring the overall visual customer experience is aligned with the high-quality KR brand standards.
- Plan, prepare, and manage employee work schedules and report store payroll weekly.
- Supervise, train, and execute regular inventory cycle counts within location.
- Actively manage replenishment of sales floor merchandise from internal backstock as well as prepare replenishment orders of merchandise from warehouse.
- Ensure sales associates execute tasks and daily activities in accordance with the store plan.
- Ensure compliance of employees with established security, safety laws and procedures, King Ranch Inc. Policies, and maintain a risk-free environment.
- Communicate to appropriate cross functional partners as needed to mitigate negative customer feedback.
- Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
- Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Execute all duties required to open and close day of business.
- Interview, hire and train employees.
