If you want to learn more about e-commerce and/or warehouse operations, this is a great opportunity. We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company looking for an assistant warehouse manager to help handle ever increasing demand. While fulfilling orders are a big part of this position, you'll be intimately involved in all aspects of the operation. We are a small company so you'll be exposed to senior management and participate in discussions on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. No experience needed -- well train you on everything.
The items we sell are relatively small and can all be carried with one person. We do not have any forklifts or big machinery. In addition to picking orders from our shelves and packing, other tasks include helping to receive deliveries and keeping our warehouse organized.
We promote from within and as we grow there will be opportunities for you to move up into higher level roles within the company. The goal is that you will take over as the warehouse manager within a year. Ultimately you'll learn how to build an ecommerce site from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Update our systems
- Interact with customers via email
No Prior Experience Needed.

Pay: From $19.25 per hour
