Requirements
User Support and Platform Assistance:
- Assist users in accessing and onboarding to the production reporting platform.
- Act as the primary contact for addressing data-related questions and resolving issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure users can effectively leverage the platform's capabilities.
- Ticket Management:
- Monitor and manage data-related tickets in the ticketing system.
- Track, update, and resolve tickets in a timely manner, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Identify trends or recurring issues to recommend system or process improvements.
- Power BI Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.
- Ensure reports are optimized for performance, accuracy, and usability.
- Create and maintain documentation for developed reports and dashboards.
- Data Integrity and Analysis:
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data within the reporting platform.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot discrepancies in data.
- Assist in developing best practices for data management and reporting.
- Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data governance and best practices.
- Previous experience supporting regional or distributed tea
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including experience creating complex reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Monday).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
