Associate Advisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Associate Advisor. The Associate Advisor will be crucial in guiding and supporting our clients through the complexities of entrepreneurship and business management. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored business advisory services to clients, including financial management, market analysis, business strategy, and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with senior advisors to develop and deliver comprehensive and customized solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of each client.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and best practices to support client success.
• Assist in the development of business plans, financial projections, and strategic recommendations for clients looking to start or expand their enterprises.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, effectively communicating and advocating for their goals and interests.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of innovative consulting services and tools tailored to the needs of marginalized business owners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in business consulting, marketing, operations, human resources, or financial advisory roles.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, digital marketing implementation, and business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base and build trust-based relationships.
• Passion for empowering marginalized communities and a commitment to promoting economic equity and inclusivity.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
