Brand Designer

King's Dream Business Consulting is looking for a Brand Designer to join our savvy team of small business advisors. The ideal candidate is a fearless, creative thinker knowledgeable in brand identity development. The Brand Designer creates irresistible brand assets and collateral for our firm and small business clients nationwide. We want to see excellent communicators who can work autonomously and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand objectives and design requirements.
• Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and client preferences.
• Create brand assets such as logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery that resonate with target audiences.
• Design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensure all design work reflects the client's brand values, positioning, and messaging.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to improve design output continuously.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other design-related service providers.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Work closely with the creative department to integrate design concepts into marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Skills

• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in brand design and visual communications
• Proven experience working as a brand designer or in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or branding environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
