Community Engagement Manager

Overview:

King's Dream Business Consulting is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Engagement Manager to foster and manage community stakeholder relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build strong relationships with various community stakeholders, including clients, partners, local organizations, and residents. This role is crucial in enhancing the company's reputation, promoting community engagement initiatives, and supporting social impact efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy to cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Identify key community stakeholders and establish meaningful connections through regular communication, events, and collaboration opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
• Plan and organize community events, outreach programs, and initiatives to promote King's Dream Business Consulting's presence and involvement in the community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement efforts with business objectives and social impact initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about community trends, issues, and needs to inform decision-making and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Represent King's Dream Business Consulting at community meetings, events, and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and event planning.
• Knowledge of social impact principles and community development practices.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
