Job Summary:
King's Dream Business Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various small business support programs and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing program activities, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and execute program activities and deliverables
- Monitor program progress and performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
- Coordinate program resources, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and obstacles
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor program solutions to meet their requirements
- Manage program budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively
- Lead and supervise program team members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
- Evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness and make recommendations for program improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Nonprofit or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering programs on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve program objectives
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
