King's Dream Business Consulting is looking to add a Hybrid Project Coordinator to our team of savvy small business consultants nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project planning, excel in organization and management, and have a heart for serving the nation's small business community. This is a contract role with weekly hours that range from 5 to 20, a flexible schedule, travel pay, and room for advancement!
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Requirements
- Degree in business or related field of study.
- Two years of experience in a related field.
- The ability to occasionally travel to client sites and meeting locations as needed.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Google applications, including Docs, Slides, and Gmail.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
