Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage cash registers and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Generate leads and RENT units
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate clean out activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in generating good relations
- Strong knowledge of sales management techniques and best practices
- Ability to lead and work within the team towards achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with employee scheduling and performance evaluation processes
