The Pan/Dishwasher is expected to be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Washes and hangs or racks all bakery equipment, tools, and pans for drying.
- Washes and maintains bakery floors and mats.
- Maintains storage areas to ensure proper labeling and cleanliness.
- Assists with product receiving when needed.
- Informs management of all needed repairs and/or maintenance needed on equipment, drains, tools, mats, and any necessary improvements needed within the building.
- Follows all sanitation guidelines as prescribed by the health department.
- Cooperates on all matters relating to safety and health in the work area.
- Understands and complies with general and specific safe job procedures including using knives safely.
- Wearing slip resistant shoes and utilizes proper lifting techniques.
- Reports all unsafe conditions or equipment immediately.
- Immediately reports all accidents to the Supervisor/Manager and obtains first aid for all injuries.
Skills/Experience:
- Speaks and understands English.
- Common sense reasoning and logic skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to arrive to work on-time for all assigned shifts including early morning, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required. Must have Saturday and Sunday availability.
- Able to balance multiple tasks and work well in an environment with time constraints.
Compensation: $17.00 an hour
