Our client, an A-rated Insurance Carrier, is seeking to add a skilled Senior Workers' Compensation Underwriter to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, underwriting new and renewal business, and ensuring adherence to company profitability standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workers' compensation underwriting, excellent analytical abilities, and experience building relationships with brokers and agents. Our client is open to candidates working Fully Remote or Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and underwrite new and renewal submissions to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with state and company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with brokers and agents to facilitate the submission process and drive new business.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, including reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance.
