Our client, an A rated insurance carrier, is seeking to add a dedicated and skilled Operations and Systems Optimization Specialist to drive operational efficiency and innovation within their workers' compensation insurance operations. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, operational strategy, and a deep understanding of software management to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will excel in implementing and managing software solutions, improving workflows, and leveraging Microsoft PowerBI and Power Automate to boost productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Deployment & Integration: Oversee the deployment and integration of business software solutions to ensure smooth transitions and effective system usage across teams.
- Process Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, ensuring higher productivity and smoother operations.
- Process Automation: Harness the power of Microsoft Power Automate to reduce manual work and increase efficiency by automating repetitive tasks, ensuring error-free results and saving time.
- Reporting & Data Management: Develop and maintain actionable reports and dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI, providing management with the insights they need to make informed decisions and track key performance metrics.
- Problem Identification & Resolution: Identify system inefficiencies or operational hurdles, addressing and resolving technical issues or workflow challenges that hinder team performance.
Requirements:
- 3 - 10 years of experience in operations management or related roles.
- Well versed in Workers' Compensation operations is highly preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and Power Automate.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation insurance preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
- Background in project management or process optimization.
Salary/Benefits:
