Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Perform caulking
- Restore and maintain existing paintwork on residential and commercial properties.
- Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to achieve desired aesthetics.
- Follow safety protocols while working on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial and residential painting is preferred.
- Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities are essential.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and concrete finishing is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
