Leadership Development Manager
As a standards bearer, the Leadership Development Manager will work closely with General Managers, Directors of Operations, and Vice Presidents to foster our company culture, drive leadership training initiatives across multiple brands, and manage the performance of all program participants through regular performance check ins and feedback discussions.

Key Responsibilities : Complexity, Autonomy and Influence
Program Management :
o Create training schedules and track managers in training programs
o Lead onboarding prior to start and through day one for new managers and home office crew to include welcome letters and credentials
o Uphold expectations and goals of training.
o Provide support throughout training.
o Schedule training panels for validation of information and ensure panelists have needed information
o Partner with General Manager on any training performance concerns, ensure there is a plan in place for better results
o Monitor LMS weekly, ensure the learning platform is utilized during training
o Schedule, organize and teach training and culture classes
o Organize travel for managers in training
o Manage projects independently while acquiring needed resources and developing capabilities in others to deliver project requirements
Workshops and Presentations :
o Lead or support training workshops on topics like financial acumen, safety & sanitation, generational communication, and leadership culture.
o Design interactive and engaging training experiences and programs
o Deliver quarterly presentations on leadership development initiatives
Enterprise Mindset :
o Has in depth knowledge of industry – wide business techniques and applies appropriately
o Proactively and intentionally build relationships to network with outside resources
o Identifies new areas of improvement and adjust processes for better results

Requirements :
o 4 years of training experience, preferably in hospitality
o Proficiency in Microsoft suite
o Bachelor’s degree preferred
o Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
Working Conditions
o Mostly communication-based (50% talking / writing, 40% sitting).
o Some walking, standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and occasional pushing / pulling.
