The Regional Facilities Coordinator position works within the Construction and Facilities department to ensure King's Seafood Company restaurants operate as designed with little to no interruption. This position will be the primary Repair and Maintenance resource for the restaurants in their assigned region.
Competitive compensation of $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities :
Establish primary vendors for major trades and serve as Home Office contact for their region
Coordinate small scale equipment repairs and replacement- responsible for scope, schedule and budget
Coordinate FF&E and Design Work repair or replacement- responsible for scope, schedule and budget
Establish project communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
Order materials and equipment, to correct specifications, for projects as needed
Responsible for communication to restaurant and regional operations team on Open Projects, Monthly Reports and Facilities Opportunities
Review R&M expenditures weekly for each restaurant in assigned region : identify & report opportunities
Review work orders and completed work for asset management
Support recurring maintenance best practices and provide recommendations
Assist with warranty management of assets and all warranty related matters
Oversee asset management program for all equipment and corresponding warranty management
Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
Be willing to travel as the point of contact for the Region
Required Qualifications :
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Willingness to learn more
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage working time
Required Schedule and Hours :
Ability to travel and be in the field 70% of the time, including out of state travel.
