Position Summary :
Customer Care Specialists are responsible for providing daily customer care support and ensuring that client issues are resolved promptly and effectively through phone, video calls, and / or email.
This position is responsible for proactively and effectively managing logistics activity, which includes purchasing transportation that best suits each situation. The role encompasses all needs for freight from initial placement of order, tracking & tracing, and through invoice detail. In addition, the customer care specialists will help define client business requirements in the statement of work documents, ensuring accuracy and keeping them updated
