Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of account managers and manage client relationships within the team’s assigned accounts
- Oversee timely and accurate invoicing for all supported accounts
- Evaluate assigned account business processes and provide recommendation for enhancement
- Set performance standards and goals and accountability within the team
- Implement and facilitate company goals and objectives
- Assist in onboarding new activity assigned to the team
- Present and report on account activity in customer reviews
- Work with Sales to help grow & maintain accounts
- Perform other appropriate duties at the discretion of management
Required experience:
- 2-year post-secondary degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Highly effective communication, analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills
- Account manager experience; preferred experience in eCommerce Marketing
- Project Management experience
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
- Maintain organization in a changing environment; reprioritize & adapt throughout day based on customer & team needs
- Basic business/financial acumen; attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform multiple concurrent duties
- Effective leadership skills
