Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and manage the full inventory lifecycle across multiple facilities and channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, quality, and traceability of our inventory, ensuring replenishment strategies are executed smoothly, and collaborating cross-functionally to support seamless operations.
Responsibilities :
I nventory Planning & Forecasting : Develop and execute inventory replenishment plans based on sales forecasts, demand trends, and stock levels to ensure adequate inventory availability.Audit & Reconciliation : Perform regular audits to reconcile internal inventory data against external marketplace channels, identifying and resolving discrepancies.Inventory Control & Traceability : Oversee the quality, traceability, and overall management of inventory across three key facilities, ensuring standards for accuracy and quality are met.Stock Movement Coordination : Collaborate with warehouses and suppliers to manage the inbound and outbound flow of inventory, ensuring timely deliveries and order fulfillment.Value-Add Inventory Process Labeling compliance : Drive quality assurance and ensure proper checks are performed during the inbound inventory process to meet company standards.Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with inventory handling, labeling, and storage standards. Maintain the quality and traceability of all inventory items.Cycle Counting & Adjustments : Lead cycle counting activities, ensuring inventory counts align with physical stock and making necessary adjustments in cases of discrepancies.Inventory Adjustment Control & Audits : Oversee inventory adjustments and ensure thorough audits are conducted for any stock discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.Process Improvement : Continuously identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce wasteExperience required :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.Experience in demand forecasting and planningExperience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)Familiarity with inventory management in a multi-channel environment (e.g. retail, e-commerce)Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or similar fields.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with inventory management software and tools (e.g., WMS, ERP systems, seller central hubs (Amazon, Walmart).Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and reconciliations.Familiarity with Amazon FBA and marketplace operations.Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and teams.King offers a competitive benefit package that includes : medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Critical Illness, Accident, Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, 401k and PTO.
