Production Worker/Packer

Production Line Worker (Packer). The packer is the start and end of the production. This person must also be able to keep up with the fast pace of packing high speed hog ring machines, which includes; removing full boxes and replacing them with empty boxers, filling chip board holders and packing hog rings manually when needed. Build boxes for product. Exchange boxes on auto packers. Observe machines and alert Operator of malfunction. Indicate product failures to the Quality so it can get resolved. Shut down machine if product is not correct. Hand pack machines without auto packers. Keep work area clean and free of obstructions / trip hazards. Sweep around machines when needed, if possible. Help maintain waste around machines and plant. All duties are subject to change due to Management's discretion.

High School diploma or GED required.
