Description
- Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe.
- Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables.
- Operates various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer.
- Seasons food according to recipes or company needs.
- Collaborating with the Kitchen Managers and other cooks to prepare meals.
- Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift.
- Maintaining a pantry stock record.
- Rotating stock items as per established procedures.
- Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary.
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
- Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns.
