Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This is an entry to mid-level position ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for construction. You will work closely with skilled tradespeople to assist in various phases of our luxury remodeling and build projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed by the supervisor.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support carpenters, mechanical contractors, and other trades as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong physical stamina; able to lift heavy materials (averaging 50 lbs).
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation required.
