Job Summary :
Assist in daily activities and processes in the Sales Department. Primarily process electronic Dealer OEM Rep Call Reports that are submitted by Manufacturer’s Reps and complete follow-up tasks. Do database updates & assist Senior Sales Administrator and Sales Coordinator with special projects as needed. Assist with processing Dealer Training and entering literature / POP orders.
Essential Functions :
- Process electronic OEM Rep Call Reports submitted by Manufacturer’s Reps (50%)
- Connect account in database and update dealer account as needed
- Enter orders for literature / POP / samples
- Update QR code POP
- Email follow-up to dealers
- General database updates (25%)
- Upload Weekly Sales Reports to accounts mentioned
- Dealer locator updates
- OEM Dealer information updates in database
- Reseller updates in database
- Buying group / large customer updates to database
- Assist with processing Dealer Training (10%)
- Assist with large department projects (Playbook & pricing printing, Playbook assembly & report generation) (10%)
- Various mailings and printing projects (5%)
- Other duties as assigned
