What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at King Tiger Martial Arts?
We are looking for a GREAT multifaceted person for the position of Receptionist at a busy Martial Arts Studio. The position is part-time (20 - 30 hours/week) with evening hours. Must be detail-oriented, demonstrate computer proficiency, possess excellent communication skills, and can work independently and accept directions. Does not have to participate in martial arts program.
The right individual will have a stable work history, be seeking long-term employment, have reliable transportation, and be reliable, and team-oriented, no experience is necessary, but a customer service background is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Render exceptional customer service to students, parents, visitors, and co-workers
- answer phones, provide information, and schedule appointments
- perform general office work with reliability and consistency
- Assist with student check-in
- Accept payments for events, activities, programs, etc
- Basic to moderate computer knowledge
- Ability to work alone, or with little supervision
- Assist in maintaining basic cleanliness of the facility
