You will work closely with facilities staff to coordinate assignments, maintain schedules, and track costs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing surplus assets, developing safety training programs, and monitoring contract performance.
Main Responsibilities:
• Daily assignment coordination and task completion tracking
• Scheduling internal and external resources for maintenance and repairs
• Managing surplus assets, including sale and disposal
• Developing and coordinating safety training programs for Facilities Division employees
• Updating County asset inventory system and tracking annual audits
• Assisting in improving facility management through policy development and implementation
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with the public, knowledge of procurement and report development, and experience in facilities management.
