Position Overview :
We are seeking highly motivated In-Market Sales Representatives to expand our presence in key markets across the country.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting prospects, booking meetings, demonstrating our vans and services, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to close new business.
You will also be responsible for managing and updating CRM records to ensure accurate sales tracking and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting : Identify and visit potential customers within your assigned market to generate new leads.
- Meeting Bookings : Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and showcase how Kingbee Vans can support their business operations.
- Product Demos : Demonstrate the features and benefits of our work-ready rental vans to prospective customers.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their van rental needs.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the company CRM system (Salesforce or similar).
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in your territory to drive effective sales strategies.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and manage customer relationships.
- Ability to travel within the assigned market for customer visits and meetings.
- Valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits :
- On-target earnings (OTE) of $145,000
