We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of our storage unit property. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, facilities management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property, maintenance, and resident relations
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, clean the units to be move in ready. Meeting potential renters to show units.
- Address resident concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve property goals
Skills:
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient using Google Drive
