We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing leasing activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.
- Manage property leasing activities, including negotiating lease agreements and conducting property showings.
- Utilize OneSite software for data entry, administrative tasks, and customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the property.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to real estate management.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Yardi or OneSite software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on property leasing.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to building positive relationships with residents.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
